Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

Items Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Unused, in original condition with all protective coatings intact
  • In original packaging with all included accessories, documentation, and certificates
  • Return initiated within 15 days of the delivery date
  • Accompanied by the original purchase receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

In keeping with the specialized nature of our products and for safety and legal compliance, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or sharpened knives – For safety and hygiene reasons, any blade that shows signs of use, sharpening, or alteration cannot be accepted
  • Custom or personalized items – Any product modified to your specifications
  • Opened safety-sealed packaging – Items where the original safety seal has been broken
  • Clearance or final sale items – As explicitly marked at the time of purchase

Note: Due to the mechanical complexity of automatic knives, any item with evidence of tampering, disassembly, or unauthorized modification will not be eligible for return.

The Return & Exchange Process

Our returns process is designed with the same precision we admire in Italian knife-making. Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Initiate Your Request

    Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our service team at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Please include your order number and reason for return. You may use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.

  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions

    Within 1-2 business days, we will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping your item back to us. Do not ship any items without an RMA number as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

  3. Package Your Item Securely

    Place the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt. For automatic knives, ensure the safety mechanism is engaged before packaging.

  4. Ship to Our Facility

    Ship the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of shipment. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  5. Inspection & Processing

    Once received, our quality team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete and your return or exchange is being processed.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refund Processing

Upon approval of your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the completion of our inspection. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (timing depends on your card issuer)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your PayPal account

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is approved, with standard shipping fees applied unless qualifying for free shipping.

Exchange Requests

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please indicate this in your initial request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Once your return is approved, we will process the exchange and notify you with shipping details for your new item. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Defective or Damaged Items
