⚠️ Important: Non-Returnable Items
In keeping with the specialized nature and legal compliance surrounding our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used or Sharpened Knives: For safety and hygiene, any blade showing signs of use, sharpening, or alteration.
- Custom or Personalized Items: Any product modified to your specifications.
- Items with Opened Safety Seals: Where the original factory safety seal has been broken.
- Clearance or Final Sale Items: As explicitly marked at purchase.
- Tampered Automatic Knives: Due to their mechanical complexity, any automatic knife with evidence of tampering, disassembly, or unauthorized modification is ineligible.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns/Exchanges
- Item must be unused and in original condition, with all protective coatings intact.
- Must be in the original packaging with all accessories, documentation, and certificates.
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or order confirmation.
The Return & Exchange Process: A Step-by-Step Guide

Within 15 days of delivery, email our service team at [email protected]. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange. Using the template below will expedite your request. - 2 Receive Authorization & Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship items without an RMA number. - 3 Package Your Item Securely
Place the item in its original packaging with all components. Include a copy of your order confirmation. For automatic knives, ensure the safety mechanism is engaged. - 4 Ship to Our Facility
Ship the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable service and retaining proof of shipment.Return Address:

- 5 Inspection & Processing
Upon receipt, our quality team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Upon approval of your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from inspection completion.
- The refund is issued to the original payment method used during purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement (timing depends on your card issuer).
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your PayPal account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Requests
